DETAILS / DELIVERY / USAGE

If a property has extra structures to be photographed (an ADU, workshop, multi-use barn, etc.) additional fees may be charged.

Aerial footage/drone usage is contingent on weather and zoning restrictions. In cases where aerials are not possible, we'll shoot additional interior/ground photos or provide alternate aerial imagery. Drone cannot be flown when it is actively raining.

Listing photos, Sweet Spot package and Matterport 3D tour delivery is within 24 hours of shoot completion. Full-length tour videos, virtual staging, and Luxe package delivery is 48 hours.

License-free music is included in videos. Custom or licensed music can be substituted at client expense.

One round of edits for tour videos (two for profile videos) is included, if requested, within 5 days of delivery. Additional edits can be made at $150/hour.

Full Frame Creative Agency reserves the right to use footage and photos in future videos, social media posts, etc.

Hosting for Matterport Tours is covered for 6 months. Tours may then be transferred to your account, hosting fees may be charged, or tours can be deleted. Please let us know your preference.

ADDITIONAL FEES

It is essential that the home is show-ready at the scheduled shoot time. Listing photography and/or video shoots are allotted a maximum of 3 hours. If the home is not ready, we will wait for no longer than 15 minutes. If the shoot goes over the allotted time due to delays outside of our control, we will bill additional time at $150/hour. We strongly suggest scheduling photography 24 hours after all other contractors/painters/stagers/etc. are expected to complete work to account for any unexpected delays.

There is an additional $150 fee to re-shoot exteriors due to bad weather, unexpected unattractive obstructions (garbage day, excessive parked cars, road work, etc.) or other circumstances outside of our/your control.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / REFUNDS

$150, or 25% of the fee (whichever is greater) will be charged for rescheduling within 72-24 hours of a shoot. At that point, it is too late for us to re-book the time slot.

Full refunds are offered for cancellations made up to 1 week in advance. Refunds of 50% will be granted with at least 24 hours notice, with the remaining 50% kept as credit toward future services. No refunds are granted for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
